{ Baking Pies }

I consider myself much more of a “baker” than a “chef”. I enjoy making cookies, cakes, treats, and now pies with my kids. My mom taught me how to make this kind of lattice top pie as a child. I am sure she made her pie crust from scratch, but a premade Pillsbury one is just fine for me. Add come canned cherry pie filling and it is delicious enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.
